My medical aid assigned me to see a dietitian, so I made an appointment with Roslyn. My first appointment was on August 26, 2024.
At the time, I was going through a dark period in my life. I was still recovering from the heart attack, and my outlook on life was bleak. My first visit to Roslyn was challenging because of my body composition results. She put me on a diet that lowered my calorie intake and increased my protein consumption.
